In order to give you the best, most competitive price for the services we offer – we need to obtain the following information.
- The age and size of the home.
- The name of the city of town where the inspection is to be done.
- The nature and extent of renovations done in the past.

Since each home/building is unique it is impossible for us to give an exact quote here for your inspection. However, here are some examples of our recent work and their costs.**
Single family home: A single family 8 room home in Derry, New Hampshire. Full lead inspection – including soil sampling was priced at $475
3 Bedroom apartment: A 7 room apartment in a multi-unit building in Andover was priced at $425. This included common areas and exterior.

When we respond to a request for a mold inspection or moisture assessment – we take into account your goals and observations as a homeowner or potential homeowner.

Single family home: A single family home with possible mold identified in the basement and attic. The visual and technical assessment was priced at $575.
Post Cleaning Verification Performed on a house where remediation was done in the basement was priced at $525.
